Calling for a cultural change - Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3
THE QUESTIONS |
|
Q1. What is the relationship between project management and professional services management/automation?
Q2. Is project management software being superseded by professional services automation (PSA) software?
Q3. Is PSA another example of a solution looking for a problem?
Q4. From which direction is the truly integrated professional services automation solution likely to emerge – resource planning, finance or project planning tools? In what timeframe do you expect this integrated solution to emerge?
Q5. How much does the take-up of PSA depend on the type of organisation involved?
Q6. Are some elements of PSA so specific to the user organisation that a package-based solution may not be realisable?
Q7. Early reports indicate that PSA packages offer a way to achieve a substantial ROI within a short timeframe. Does your experience suggest that this is generally true of all PSA implementations?
