Q1: Project management and PSA.

A: In some ways, PSA software is a logical extension of project management packages, but it is also about delivering information and consulting services online. It’s evidence of a gradual trend towards using technology to automate more of the consulting process. The big issue is to what extent it is possible to automate consulting firms without perhaps damaging the intimate person-to-person relationships which are important to a large proportion of the consultancy market.
