Our latest survey of UK IT users finds more focus on information/content management – but also a greater appreciation of the problems involved. Pat Sweet reports.

Twelve months ago, only a very small minority (6%) gave this the top rating on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 represents ‘very poor’ and 5 stands for ‘very good’.
Now, more than double that proportion (14%) rate their data quality as ‘very good’, while the majority of companies polled (48%) plump for a rating of 4.
