For more than 30 years, Gartmore Group has been managing money for corporate, institutional and private investors. As of last year, it managed funds worth almost £54 billion, covering the world’s major equity, bond and currency markets.
A recent key thrust at Gartmore has been to exploit ‘straight-through processing’ techniques. To achieve this, it is using EAI to automate the exchange of transaction information between the internal applications used in generating and executing trades.
