Q1: EAI awareness.

A: My clients tend to be in the SME category, with turnovers of probably £50 million to £200 million. They tend to look either for simplistic solutions, possibly linked together with the use of spreadsheets such as Excel, or want a single solution from a single supplier using a standard ERP-type package.
