Has some of the heat gone out of the CRM market?
Our latest survey in this area suggests that while companies remain committed to the concepts, their interest may be simmering rather than bubbling over just at the moment.
Consultants’ Advisory last looked at CRM a little over a year ago. At that time we, along with many other observers, identified it as one of the hottest topics around and the source of a significant proportion of both current and planned IT consultancy expenditure.
