Logica is damping down speculation that it is a strong contender in the bidding for BT Syntegra, the UK telecom giant’s IT services business. And a deal is unlikely to be plain sailing – with BT first promoting the sale of Syntegra then later suggesting it had pulled back on marketing but would consider an attractive offer.
