Attitudes
This view is confirmed when we look at the wider research into the attitudes of those companies who have adopted a range of workflow, document management and related business process automation products (such as knowledge management systems).

A substantial majority (74%) of this group have used external consultants to help them with some part of the project. The most common area which consultants are asked to tackle is solution design, followed by systems integration.
