Just under a quarter (24%) of our sample reported problems with a product which did not function as expected, or with poor scalability or performance issues. And only a very small minority (8%) said they had problems adapting to a changing market.

Asked to assess how reliable the solution was in operation, almost a quarter (24%) of the sample described their software as ‘reliable’, while 72% plumped for either ‘more reliable’ or ‘very reliable’.
