An excellent PSA reduces unbilled work-in-progress and invoice cycle time but also helps the partner to improve client satisfaction – for example, by giving discrete concessions in order to maintain a good relationship where consultant performance has been unsatisfactory.
An excellent PSA application can also propose to the partner strategies for recovering margin where billing concessions have been made.
