However, only a third (34%) of our sample say their current project management system allows them to track roles and skills, while half (50%) can handle resource allocation and 46% resource utilisation.
This strongly suggests that standalone project management tools, whilst undoubtedly valuable in their own right, do not provide the kind of integrated, high-level approach which many organisations are now seeking.
