PA Consulting has partnered with Westminster City Council and IT vendor Vertex to introduce a new ‘Customer First’ initiative designed to put citizens’ needs at the heart of local government.

2. Re-engineering specialist and local service delivery
through the Customer Service Centre.
To complete the reorganisation around the customer, the remaining
specialist and local services also needed to adopt to the
new processes and technologies. A joint PA/Westminster team
worked to introduce the necessary changes.
