sense of who is a partner, competitor or subcontractor in
the new CSI marketplace, according to the latest PMP Research
study, which also identifies the key market areas of opportunity.

In finding the perfect partner, it is the strength of the
technical offering which counts the most.
PMP Research asked CSIs to rate the relative importance of
a range of criteria for partnering with an IT vendor, using
a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 indicates ‘of no importance’ and
5 is ‘very important’.
