Data quality issues
The Carphone Warehouse quickly proceeded to profile source
data using Trillium Discovery. As expected, it discovered
a range of issues which needed to be addressed.
Many records were missing a home telephone number and the
company discovered a greater frequency of invalid data in
key fields than was acceptable.
